Health Scientist and Neurophysiology Trainer 

Rivka Pesta is a health scientist, trained nurse and health optimization practitioner with global experience in integrative mind-body medicine.  She is formally trained across the spectrum of health sciences with experience in child, adolescent and adult mental and physical health.  Rivka achieved her Bachelor of Nursing and Masters of Public Health at the University of Haifa, Israel.  She is experienced as an RN, Public Health Specialist and Mental Health Practitioner, and was an MN Lend Research Fellow with the Maternal Child Health Bureau of the US Department of Health and Human Services.  

Rivka joins The Miletic Center after eight years of study and practice in integrative medicine and functional science.  She heads our Neurophysiology Training team, providing personalized health interventions to help patients attain the highest state of wellness, mental clarity, focus and calm.  While each program is individualized to the person, Rivka employs her deep knowledge in breath work, sleep and sleep hygiene, nutrition, light therapy and circadian rhythm adjustment, hot/cold treatments, movement and mindfulness.
